Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the «Law»), the following disclosures are made by IMPRO Satellite Image Processing & Telecommunications Inc. in its capacity as data controller regarding the processing of your personal data.

Personal Data Processed

Within the scope of the requests and messages you send through this site, we process identity data (name, surname), contact data (e-mail address, telephone number), customer transaction data (request content, correspondence records) and transaction security data (IP address, time of transaction).

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed in order to respond to contact requests, assess and conclude satellite imagery requests, conduct contractual processes, evaluate job applications, ensure information security and fulfil our legal obligations.

Legal Grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions, to the hosting and e-mail providers whose services we use and, where necessary, to parties from whom audit and advisory services are obtained, limited to the purposes stated above.

Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the end of the limitation periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; once these periods expire it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you through analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
