Intellectual Property

All text, images, design and software elements on the site belong to IMPRO or its licensors. The satellite images are published as samples; they may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Accuracy of Information

The technical values on the site (such as resolution, band ranges and revisit times) are for information purposes. The live satellite position is an approximate value computed from orbital data and may not be used for navigational or operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The site is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. IMPRO cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site.

External Links

The site may link to addresses belonging to third parties. IMPRO is not responsible for the content of those addresses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over any dispute.
